THE BEFORE & AFTER TRANSFORMATION

Turning Renovation Chaos into a Standardized Record

From informal text messages and blind walk-throughs to an architect-grade specification packet with clear boundaries.

BEFORE SOCIO (CHAOS)
"Need my pre-war bathroom remodeled."
"Looking for clean modern tile and high-end fixtures. Flexible budget, call me."
  • Random iPhone photos without plumbing or wall cavity measurements
  • 3 contractors submitting completely non-comparable PDF proposals
  • Zero clarity on who pays for DOB expediting, haul-away, or co-op protection
  • Owner chooses cheapest headline number and incurs +35% surprise change orders
Outcome: Uncontrolled budget overruns & schedule drift
